moon_catcherLast few days suck a big time.
I should finish a paper for my course of contemporary gender problems, pondering the meaning of family today and whether it's possible for women to cope with both taking care of children and working full-time. Tsk. ~ I.Don't.Care. I have made a choice a long time ago already
But strangely it seems children LOVES me O.o -->> yesterday on a bus there was a girl who was staring at me like all the time

Anyway.... I needed a break. Not to think of school or other rl stuff

I swear I wanted to make chibi Tat-chan to celebrate his b-day...... but then EVERYTHING turned wrong and now I'm not in a mood to celebrate anything (gomen ne Ueda) and I just want to hide myself and pretend that rl doesn't exist...

Ne, yesterday I took TegoMassMaru to my patchwork class! Everyone was like: "awwnnnn... these are cute!! Did you make them??" Then I would proudly say that they came all the way from the Czech Republic!! Chibi Tego-chan and Masu-kun prefered to keep safe in the box they were taken in but Maru decided to take part of the class and learn some techniques!! Now he can help me sewing too!! XD
Unfortunately I didn't take any pics... I wasn't with my camera and my mobile phone cam is not good at all! >_<
But chibi!Maru had a lot of fun!!

You like the hat... omg can't believe I made it!! ^_^ I even made a design for it, drawing it over and over and trying to catch the right shape but then I had to adapt it for the chibi anyway so the design didn't matter too much after all -.-''
In the end I made it of some denim-like fabric. The material is firm and it keeps the form and that's everything I need..
lol---the chair --> that was almost as difficult to make as the hat (first even I thought of buying some toy-chair... but I couldn's find any)
Oh, chibi Maru will be pretty smart! And I'm sure he will teach both Tegoshi and Masuda what he learnt... and you will come home someday and there will be three chibis sewing patchwork stuff lol
And I need to think up which Jin should I make for my new Kame-chan because he feels a bit lonely now... kimono!akame have each other, Turtle-chan has Jinjin (still my fav chibis, can't help it) and 00'00'16!Kazu is alone... of course he has me but we all know it's not the same.

He wanted to help Kame-chan in that Mila project but Bunny-me didn't let him take part because he didn't have any sewing experience. But now she can't complain!! Oh...I'd love toget home and see my beloved chibis making patchwork stuff!! ^o^

The secret is in a thin brushy wire for cleaning pipes, crumpled newspapers and wool ^_^ and the rest is just my imagination, my hands and pics/videos of the boys. The time spent on one chibi depends on which one I'm making... the hair, clothes... but usually hours. Now since I have school and have to do school stuff the Sixteen Seconds Kazu needed two days to be made... the hardest thing is not the doll itself but everything what comes then... like hair and hairstyle, the clothes because I need to draw a fitting design then sew it and sometimes it happens it doesn't fit though

Un, the time depends on the particular chibi, usually hours. The doll itself is not difficult to make, it used to be tough in the beginning but now I'm able to make the body in 30 minutes... the hard part is everything else, hair and clothes since all of it is handmade and it's mini-size (the doll is 7-8 cm big) so I need a lot of patience sometimes lol

Yeah, I know women can do both, or better to say they have to (??) But my paper should compare the women today and those from 19th century (who didn't go to work and didn't have to take care of children since the had a nanny)

I'll read it asap... but it's not that I don't have my muse, I have it, my mind is thick with ideas and the new ones never stopped popping up...it's just hard to make myself even write down Jin's name. I don't hate him or something, it just hurts and all of sudden I have no idea how to handle him in the fics. Writing fluff is impossible because right now I don't believe him and don't believe in the closeness I've thought up for my Akame, and angst only makes me want to hide myself and pretend the reality doesn't exist...
